Class size will be limited to 9 children and they will work in groups of 3 with 2 adults supervising.

Thursday, July 25th from 10 am to 1 pm
Trio of Breads In this class, you'll learn a lot about different bread-making techniques, and in the process make scrumptious soft pretzels (yeast bread), zucchini-chocolate bread (quick bread) and cheesy buttermilk biscuits (technique of butter cutting). Intro to Sushi So excited to be able to assist Chef Noor, a founding member of U of M's student club, Cooking to Connect, in this Sushi making class. With rolling mats and chop sticks provided, you'll be all prepared to try your hand at preparing Sushi Rice, rolling several Nori Rolls as well as Onigiri, traditional Japanese Rice Balls.
