Masks are now optional.
Class size will be limited to 9 children and they will work in groups of 3 with 2 adults supervising. 
Once you have registered, you will be sent an email confirmation as well as a registration form so that you can provide needed information about your child(ren).  Once completed, they can be emailed back to Sprouting Chefs, and will be kept on file. You will only need to complete these forms once per child as long as information remains current.

Gift certificates make the ideal holiday or birthday gift.  There is no expiration date and value is $70.  Once purchased, you will receive the gift certificate either electronically or via mail, whichever you prefer.  To redeem, please email or call Sprouting Chefs as they cannot be redeemed on line.

Beginning April 5th and ending May 10th
6-Week After School Culinary Program
Each week we will focus on a different cooking technique, incorporating knife skills, food & kitchen safety, nutrition, and food science every step of the way. The idea is that your child will learn a culinary technique rather than just a recipe so that he/she walks away with much deeper knowledge and skill. Topics will include: Knife Skills, Quick Breads, Frying-Tempura Style, Soup Fundamentals, Versatile Eggs and Poaching.              SOLD OUT

Sunday, March 26th from 2-5 pm
Classic Desserts
We'll focus on two spectacular classic desserts, Pavlovas and Cream Puffs. Baked Meringues and freshly whipped cream, combined with fresh berries and homemade Raspberry Coulis will result in mini Pavlovas. We'll also learn the technique of making choux pastry and filling them with crème pâtissière (pastry cream) to create traditional mini Cream Puffs drizzled with Chocolate Ganache. With these two desserts under your belt, you might be eligible for The Great British Baking Show!    SOLD OUT

Tea Time Treats

High Teas are a mix of sweet and savory. In this class, you'll prepare Blueberry Buttermilk Scones, fresh Lemon Curd, Cucumber Finger Sandwiches and an assortment of Chocolate Covered Fruit, both fresh and dried. Let Tea Time begin!          For ages 8+. $70 per child.               SOLD OUT

"I'm Making Dinner Tonight!"

You'll learn to prepare what will become one of your family's favorite meals: Parmesan & Herb Crusted Chicken Fingers, Whole Wheat Spaghetti topped with a Quick Fresh Tomato Sauce, Warm Garlic Bread and a rich & creamy Chocolate Pudding.
This is a NUT FREE class.     $70 per child. Ages 10+

Delizioso!  An Italian 3 Course Menu
​​I get hungry just thinking about this meal! We'll prepare Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Shells topped with a Fresh Tomato Sauce, a green salad topped with our very own homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette and Dried Cranberry and Chocolate Biscotti. Buon Appetito!     SOLD OUT.

Emerson Eagle Corps 
This is the 3rd annual gathering of this volunteer club from Emerson School.  These young children will be preparing a delicious vegetarian meal for the kids that attend the Community Action Network After School Program.  Kids cooking for kids!!  Today's meal will include a Cheesy Vegetarian Lasagna and Garlic Bread.

10th Birthday Celebration - 
Oh, this will be yummy!  Madeline and her friends will be preparing Parmesan & Herb Crusted Chicken Fingers, Whole Wheat Spaghetti topped with a Roasted Garlic Tomato Sauce and celebratory Molten Lava Cakes to satisfy the sweet tooth.

13th Birthday Celebration
Zola and her guests will be preparing Cheesy Spinach-Stuffed Shells with Tomato Sauce, a Balsamic Vinaigrette to drizzle on their Garden Salad and Mixed Berry Shortcakes topped with Whipped Cream.  A birthday meal to remember!!
